This is especially true of singers, actors and sportsmen and women all seeking to improve performance. Others discover the Alexander Technique in order to alleviate pain, stress or discomfort.

The Alexander Technique is not a 'quick fix' (although striking early results do sometimes occur). Rather it allows the pupil to achieve a lifelong solution with their particular problem being addressed whilst bringing about a general feeling of wellbeing at the same time.
